Wide and I first tried this at Sam's club. Liked it enough to buy a bottle of mango for 20$. Easy to make and low sugar. Not zero but low enough for a once in a while snack. I make one of these in place of ice cream since I have cut back sugars and carbs to close to zero. Went back to Sam's and could not find this. Amazon to the rescue. I not only got a bottle of mango, but I got strawberry too. I absolute love making a smoothie with the concentrate, ice and water in my Ninja blender.
