The cord was fraying before I opened the package. Emailed the customer service with pictures and basically was told it will be ok??? My daughter really hasn't showed much interest in it....and for the price I expected it to be replaced oh well, lesson learned

Flimsy construction. My opinion is that you are better off putting your kid up against a wall with a ball in their hand doing circles than using this.
