I am a massive consumer of cotton pads, squares, rounds, etc. I use them for several things: removing lip makeup (with Clinique's Take the Day Off remover), removing eye makeup (with whatever eye makeup remover I have on hand), and applying toner.

These are pretty nice. I went ahead and took the risk and got the 600 count package and I am not disappointed.

These are soft and non-scratchy, even on delicate facial skin and eyelids. I do think they worked pretty well in conjunction with the makeup removers to actually clean off my skin. These are pretty absorbent, too, although it *is* possible to get too much liquid on them if you don't pour carefully.

These are undyed and fairly thick. The edges are finished, for lack of a better word. I did not find that they left any lint or strings on my face, not even when I was applying toner. I would not suggest immersing them in water, though; I don't think they will hold up to that. I also would probably not use them for nail polish remover; I tend to find cotton balls better for that anyway (or look up the Sephora Instant Nail Polish Remover, that stuff is awesome and doesn't require cotton balls or cotton pads).

At any rate, if you plan to use these for removing eye makeup, applying toner, etc., they should be pretty good for your purposes.

I use these mainly for witch hazel. Occasionally I use both sides of the pad, but usually I use one side and throw it away because they are fairly thin. I've also used them for other toners / liquids applying to my face.

My sister often uses the pads for crafts, and I've used them with nail polish remover on fingers and toes also.

For our purposes, they work very well! And I like that it lasts the household at least 6 months, so I'm not buying individual packs all the time. Good price too.

I personally think these are good for it's price. I like em, however the cotton pads, itself, does cluster off a little when you rub em on your face, so they leave a little cotton behind. Other than that, I'd say go for it. It's all good besides that!

I don't use these cotton pads for their intended use which is make up removal, however they do work well for MY own intended use, but I will say they are a little on the small and thin side. But for 600 of them at this price, I can deal with that.

I use one of these cotton pads everyday for my face, to remove makeup or apply witch hazel toner. They work great, only reason I'm not giving 5 stars because they could be a little more thicker.
