Great item
Would not stay connected to wireless internet connection

Had to return, I had various issues , had trouble connecting to wireless internet, when it did it said it was limited signal, all other computers in the house picked up on wifi with no issues.
also would not do any window updates when it was connected briefly to the internet.
Tried every possible solution to get it working because I did not want the trouble of boxing up and sending back.
but in the end I had to return it.

I love this all in one touchscreen desktop. It runs smoothly and it's stable because it's has a good weight to keep it balanced in the desk. I had purchased one non touchscreen at Walmart and when I unpacked it, it felt like a featherweight and when I tried to use it it was so slow that I couldn't open any program. So, I restored it, packed it and returned it. I seach in Amazon and found this one for an extra $20, but bigger screen, touchscreen, a bit heavier for stability and running smoothly. I just love it.

Really nice computer. I have been looking for one for a long time, and came across this one. Wow, I'm really glad I did. It's fast enough that I can play my games and the price was the cheapest around. I don't know why some people said that this was a refurbished computer, it's not, mine was brand new in the original box. Still can't believe I got it for $349.00 with free shipping.
Never thought I could get so much of a great PC for under $400 dollars

I must say that I was a bit skeptical of purchasing this computer at first because of the price. Never thought I could get so much of a great PC for under $400 dollars. But I absolutely LOVE my new home computer It is fast and moves very fast on my home WIFI network as well. The only thing I would say I wish was different, is if HP including a wireless keyboard with wireless mouse combo like they do for their larger models. But for less than $400 bucks, I did not mind spending an extra $25 dollars for a generic wireless keyboard and mouse that I am typing on now. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase. Thank you, HP, for being the best.
