My couch was still in good shape, but not as comfortable as it used to be -- too soft. I bought this foam on the chance that replacing the foam in the cushions would do the trick. I cannot believe how easy the whole process was and how it has totally revitalized my couch. I didn't have an electric knife, so I used a long bread knife, and the pieces cut really easily. I'm very happy with this purchase!
