We purchased this as a gift for someone. I just learned it worked one time when it was opened and the screen doesn't clear or work. Disappointed as we are outside the return window.

I actually really liked this for my kids. The only problem I have with it is the fact that after only having it and using it for a couple of months it stopped erasing.

Item is great overall EXCEPT the battery cannot be replaced! I purchased this in April and by June it was no longer working because the battery went dead and you cannot replace it. For this price, it should be something that lasts for years. If they could redesign it so you could replace the battery, it would be great.

Love Boogie Boards but this model, not so much. Why? Because there's not place on the board itself to attach the "pencil". So it's always getting lost. Yes, the neoprene case does have a slot for it, but I don't use the case much.
