A good buy. Very portable guitar stand. A bit wobbly on carpet, but seems to work fine on a flat, rigid surface.

Spaced slightly farther apart than I would like. Would be good for all acoustic guitars, probably too big for electric guitars

Nice little stand. No rough edges, didn't fall apart or turn my stray cat into a zombie, or anything else bizarro. I got it to actually hold three 49-key MIDI keyboards, vs leaning against wall and it actually works great for that. No instructions (you unfold it ... ), ships in its own box with no padding (it's made out of metal), large bag inside to protect from moisture. No dents or scrapes though, thankfully. For its purposes I wouldn't care about a paint scratch anyway. Took chance on it, due to low price, but very happy as it was exactly what I needed for my little home studio (see photo). Always somebody who will post "I could have made something better with my welding setup and metal rods, or in my custom wood working studio... blah blah..." -- for the rest of us, this is nice little stand. Not sure I'd go on a worldwide tour with it, but if I were doing that, I'd be paying somebody else to deal with my kit anyway. :-)

Suitably impressed with this addition to my studio. Takes up less space because it can be against a wall.

Works wonderfully. To avoid any possible problems like others have mentioned, I added some small black socks onto the back rest. I also had to add longer socks over each arm because my cat thinks they taste delicious (just a side warning for any weird chewers out there).
