When I received the cleaner the tray and brush were inside the solution. The handle on the tray is not easy to use since it is small you have to dip your fingers into the solution to get it. It's also slippery so not easy to get a hold of. Also, the little brush was inside the jar of solution and when I got it out it had no bristles! No big deal but I just wondered where the bristles went. Cleaner works well though. Made my old costume jewelry shine! Seems to be gentle as advertised.
