Chevrons were received exactly as described. I mounted them on the recessed panels of our barn door in our master bedroom. I did not use the supplied mounting brackets, but instead mounted them using double stick sided foam tape. The Chevrons never fail to draw raves and compliments from our visitors.
If you mount the Chevrons using foam mounting tape, I would recommend that you apply 2 to 3 layers of tape to compensate for the irregular surface of the Barnwood.

Love the look of these. The colors were all slightly different which I should have expected with reclaimed wood, but it still looks nice. I am thinking of sanding the edges a bit so the splinters stop falling off. I'm also not sure how to attach the hardware, but it hung well with command strips.
