Don't trust the warranty a true 2 year warranty- true gimmick warranty

I bought this razor based on the 2 year warranty. The battery failed after 4 months and Philips Norelco replaced ONLY the main body LESS the charger and shaver head with a refurbished main body. This replacement failed within 7 months and the Philips Norelco representative said there would be no replacement of this failed component. The 2 year warranty only applies to the FIRST failure within the 2 year warranty and any balance of the 2 years is voided and useless. If they replace the 1st failed part with a refurbished part that fails as mine did in 6 months, they will not replace it again. The warranty is completely void regardless of any balance of the 2 year period. They offered me a 10% discount on the same junk I just bought with the same warranty policy. I don't think so.

It's decent for what you pay for. I got irritated skin and a few cuts but for the price it is acceptable. I prefer to use shaving cream as it shaves smoother with it.

This is the worst shaver I have ever owned. The heads were dull in one month. I called Norelco and they refused to do anything about it. Don't waste you money on this one.
