This is perfect for the hobbyist. Does the job without having to be attached to a cord. Charge lasts a long time and have no problems with this item.

I purchased this to do Underlayment for flooring projects such as sheet vinyl, lvt anything that requires wood Underlayment. I am more than satisfied I sold my air compressor and pneumatic crown stapler as this replaces it more than sufficiently and though it does not have the speed to keep up with a pneumatic stapler it does keep pace due to the consultancy of firing without having to wait for the compressor to recharge and it doesn't fire staples halfway because the compressor hasn't reached full yet. So even though it doesn't fire as quick it keeps an even steady consistent pace without half firing or misfiring or recharging compressor. As well the added benefit of walking onto a job is quicker because you don't have to pull out hose compressor extension cord and tool. You just keep 2 batteries charged and charge one while you are putting in close to 800 staples using a 2.0Ah battery. Yes have gotten around 800 staples per charge with the 2.0Ah battery and have ran close to 20k staples through this gun so far. I am absolutely in love with this stapler and have no reason or intent on returning to pnuematic.

a little bit slow and the battery does not last too much but no compressor noise and hoses on the floor
