Very pleased with my cable combination lock that is TSA approved. The zipper tabs were cut through by security on another piece of my luggage that had an unapproved lock and I didn't want that to happen again. I was able to set my combination with relative ease although I can see that someone with "issues" of mobility and sight might have some trouble with it. I feel good about my suitcase being able to be locked on my upcoming trip.

Excellent quality item. Very easy to set and weightier and more substantial than I was expecting for the price. Sure with a saw or a pair of bolt cutters and several minutes of hard effort you could get threw the wire, but that will always be the case with these things. Really all they are meant to do is keep them safe while you're away from them (people are not exactly allowed bolt cutters and saws in airports either), and this is more durable than some I have seen. Very satisfied, might even purchase a second pair to have as spares.

Nice locks. Color stands out at baggage pick up. Cable is very handy for zippered compartments. Setting combination could be tricky, requires depressing a small button, but I found it easy and I have arthritis. Wife loves them.

I absolutely love these locks now that they have the release button on the top. Our work travel cases don't always have standard lock holes so these cable locks have been our preferred choice the past several years. Up until this year, we haven't had any issues, but several locks have disappeared during transit via overnight carriers (I won't name names) so I had to place a new order. Nothing was stolen out of our cases, thank goodness, but I was very sad that the locks were no where to be found. It is TSA approved so somebody went to town using the master key! My locks have survived years of wear and tear and only two have ever "failed"...the first one's cable was "chewed" through due to it rubbing against the metal lock holes constantly and the other one's lock mechanism jammed (older model without the quick release button) but i was able to use a small screw driver to un-jam it and then it worked fine until it was "stolen" recently...but then i was able to buy more of the newer version! I highly recommend these locks as it is easy to use and it is secure for shipping cases or on your check-in baggage.

I bought these for myself and 3 friends for our upcoming cruise. I'm not concerned about my bags en route but I am concerned about leaving my things unattended in the cabin when out on excursions. Yes, I do realize the cable could be cut or my bag could be cut open, but I think with 2,000 passengers on board, they might choose a less risky target. These are very sturdy, the directions with photos are great and easy to follow. I do recommend these.
