Very disappointed..

I received this soap/lotion dispenser yesterday. It has several chipped places on it. The pump does not even work. I could have painted over the chipped places, even though for the ridiculous price, should not have been there in the first place, but for almost 25.00, the pump should at least work. Very disappointed....
So cute! Goes perfectly with our kitchen!
