I really did not have high expectations of this when I got it. I figured it might take awhile and I kind of wondered if might get that hot/cold type of feel some others give like IcyHot creams. I was very pleasantly surprised by this. I have a lot of pain issues and don't go a day without it. I am not fond of taking pain meds as they mess with my head and make me feel groggy and not myself. So, I put this on my neck and shoulders where I have been having a lot of pain daily and almost immediately, it went away! When it says it gives fast relief, it wasn't lying. If it keeps working this well, I will definitely be getting more. My fiance has lupus and rheumatoid arthritis and has to take lots of pain meds daily, so helping this can help him and keep the pain meds down to a minimum too. Another thing I really like about this is it has a gentle pleasant smell. Nothing too harsh you have to deal with smelling after you put it on. I don't actually smell it at all after applying it.

I'm really happy that I ordered some of this and gave it a chance/try. I am someone whom suffers from Fibro and working out at the gym a lot suffering with some degeneration is my shoulder has been so painful. I simply rub some of this on my shoulder neck and chest area I apply it before and after my workout plus sometimes if i'm really hurting bad I tend to put this on before bed time as well. This definitely makes things like working out and sleeping a lot easier to manage because it really does ease my pain level. One more thing I really like is that a little goes a long way with this cream which means it will likely last a bit longer. I am really impressed with this relief cream it works really good and I even let my grandmother try it as well , she suffers from Rheumatoid arthritis and it really has helped her pain too. The smell is pretty good strong but yet again not too strong but it works really well . The texture is somewhat thin but at the same time it's thick pretty hard to explain but I was rather impressed how little amount it takes because a little dab of it goes such a long way. definitely happy about the quality of this cream.

My problem is peripheral neuropathy in both legs from the knees down including both feet. It has not been crippling for me but does keep me awake from about midnight on with burning or pins and needle sensations. I have tried several salves with out success.
