Good power, not too easy to clean
anders•January 25, 2018
I'm pretty satisfied with this hand blender. For the price, it gives you good power in my opinion. The cord is a nice length, it doesn't drag or catch because it's a sensible length, perfect to plug in nearby and get to work. The only small downside is the bladed attachment is by far not the easiest to clean due to it's shape, and with using only one hand it can be mildly difficult to keep a good grasp on in some lesser thick liquids. I'm otherwise very pleased with this product.
Doesn’t stand upright with much stability: broke.
Shine•November 13, 2017
I bought this one because it looked like the best value, and came with a whisk attachment. I liked that the blending wand detached for easy cleaning. My old one was plastic and one piece and started leaking something gross, which is why I sought after a metal, more sanitary version.
I used mine to make my daily coffee, and keep it standing by my coffee station. This unit is very top heavy, and falls over easily. The plastic is also cheap and broke when it fell over. I suppose i should have returned it when I first got it. Now I'm in the marked for a new one.... ugh.
It had a lot of power when it was working and blended well, but if you have any intention of setting it upright, chances are it will break quickly. I couldn't recommend this to anyone.

Works, but not for every day
alisammeredith•July 2, 2017
I have been using this nearly every day (sometimes twice) for months. It's a great product, but the tabs that kept the attachments broke off a while back (see photo) so I have to hold the attachments on. It's a pain!
DO NOT BUY! FAILED IN 2 MONTHS!

[7/26/2017] Edit: PRODUCT HAS FAILED!
Without any excessive wear or misuse the plastic housing the blade shank which connects the shank to the handle has cracked and the shank has fallen out. Item is completely untrustworthy and useless at this point. I knew something was up... there's a reason we make tools as dangerous as this from metal.
Called Warranty number (1-866-832-4843) to get a refund/replacement and was told to mail them my Amazon receipt, the sticker w/item number on the blender, and the cord as proof of purchase and they'd send me a replacement. The catch? They're based in Montreal, Quebec. It will cost just as much as another blender to mail them the cord in a parcel envelope.
Again: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is DANGEROUS and warranty replacement is not an option..
[6/08/2017] Performs just as good as the KitchenAid and CuisinArt models I've used, except that it gets HOT HOT HOT within 60 seconds of operation. Enough that I have to set it down and am scared to use it longer than this in one go. Which kind of defeats the purpose with certain tasks or when performing multiple tasks consecutively when trying to get lots of prep work done. I would certainly never buy one of these to bring to work unless work was paying for it and ready to replace them when the motor goes out on a weekly basis. Even then, it;s frightening to use something so dangerous when thinking it may have a motor malfunction without warning.
Hopefully I just got a lemon, YMMV. Feedback left on the manufacturer's website was deleted from the comment section, so take that into consideration when putting this brand next to ones you know. "Amazon Best Seller" doesn't always mean "best product."

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
Joshua Beverley•June 16, 2017
I purchased this item with high hopes after seeing so many 4 and 5 star reviews, but after using this device only three times over four months, the plastic piece at the attachment point broke. Furthermore, the motor gets really hot if you use it for more than a couple minutes at a time. While I understand that you get what you pay for, and at around $17 I shouldn't have been expecting much, but I should have gotten more life out of this product before it went belly-up on me. Thoroughly disappointed.
My advice to you all is spend a little more money on something that will last a bit longer.
