Great value compared to local purchase. Still seems high for what you are buying, but then when the filter consist of specialized conductive fiber material interwoven in such a manner as to trap krud in the air what do I really know about what it should cost?

the filters I received today were about 1/4 inch thick. They will not work in the holder for a 16x25x1 holder.
My prior review is the sentence above. However, as the plastic was opened I noticed that the filters expanded. Once they had a chance to breathe the were the proper size.

I don't know if really gets staticky like the OE ones are supposed to, no way to tell but they are cheaper. I guess I don't really know if the OE one actually work. It did fit pretty close in a microguard housing, not perfect but good enough
