The 5 disc set is a great set of discs. However you may see it advertised on Amazon as frequently bought together with a 3 pack of Innova discs. Don't.

Two of the discs in the 3 pack were the exact same as two discs in the set of 5, which is an annoying waste of money.

If I had it to do again, I'd get the set of 5, then get a few single discs made by Discraft so I'd have some variation in material and balance to learn the difference as a beginner.

I originally was looking to get some discs to practice my driving, for distance and control. I came across this bundle and ordered 2. So happy, I ordered 2 more sets. Gives me the ability to group throws and see which driver works best for me. Find an empty field. Get yourself an extension cord that is 100 foot long, an an empty mesh laundry bag. Mark off 100 foot measurements for a total of 400 (hey, I'm an optomist :) ) Start at the 0 marker throw in groups of 4 identical disc. You will notice a tendency in each grouping. Grap your mesh bag and walk collecting your disc. Then throw from the other end. Repeat, and give yourself 1 day in between driving practices for your muscles to reset. You will notice a huge improvement in the first week and then gradual improvement from then on. Next for me is getting a bundle of putters and add putting practice to my workout on the days of rest from driving.

Great starter set. If you're just getting into disc golf and not sure what you need, this has it all to get started. Grab this set and a bag and hit the course and see how you like it. These are "entry level" discs, but great for a beginner. If you want to pursue the game you can definitely upgrade your discs later but this set has everything you need to go play. I bought this when I was just starting out and keep them around as my spare set if an inexperienced friend wants to go play and they're perfect for that.

I played Frisbee golf recently with regular Frisbees and there were problems. The Frisbees were too big to always fit in and the wind often make shots go awry.

So I got this set of 5 and it makes a big difference to have Frisbees actually made to play Golf with.

I appreciate that each Frisbee's use is written on the top (e.g. putter, driver, ...). They also wrote the weight of each Frisbee underneath as well.

Since there are 5 of them, my kids can share them when they play.

So Far this seems really cool. I wanted to get into disc golf and this seemed like the best way to start. I have not owned any discs prior to this so I can not really compare to other brands. I always do my fare share of research before I buy something and this was the best deal I could find.

I just received these discs today so this is just an initial feel with the discs. They all seem good quality. I plan on playing within a weekend or so and will try to update my review after I toss them around a little.

I was disappointed with one this when I opened the package. For some reason they pack in 2 'Leopard' discs! That being said I have not tried to ask about this yet and will see what Amazon, or Innova, says about it. I will be pretty disappointed if they tell me that's just the way it is, you get what you get. I'll post what becomes of this.

All together I received 2 mid-range (Roc and Stingray), 3 fairway (Tee-Bird and 2 Leopards), 2 drivers (Beast-X and Valkyrie) and 1 putter (Rhyno). I am satisfied with all of this except of course the 2 Leopards.
