I love this globe. Easy to read lettering and great graphics make this a great buy. I had just a little trouble getting the base on due to rough edges on the screw but a little WD40 took care of the problem/

This was a gift and I had to send back two. The base was defective, showing glue and separated, which cannot be fixed. After the second defect I chose to refund and find my product locally. It's sad this company can't better inspect their base pieces. The rest of the globe was nice.

Attractive, serviceable globe. We bought it for use as we listen to History of English Podcasts (That's highly recommended if you care about the origins of English and other Indo-European languages). Very easy to assemble. Not flawlessly engineered but acceptable.
