let's start with the bad: I opened the box only to find the the instruction that were included were for a file cabinet. so with a quick google search I found the company web site, only to find that the link for the instruction opens to an armiore (the link is now fixed). Don't waist your time call or trying to instant massage them. Send an email to customer service, they respond with in a few hours during regular business hours. Now the good: It is fairly easy to put together for two people in a few hours, I did it by myself. I laid ever thing out making sure to have all of the parts. The cabinet went together easily. The door on the top part of the cabinet seamed to have a big gap(see pics) but were easily adjusted once I knew how to. You will need to screw in the screw closest to the door(see pic). All in all I'm very happy with this product and would buy it again.

Some of the pieces were marked, but it's my experience that this is expected from boxed furniture. Lots of pieces and assembly, but quite doable. Kit was complete and the instructions were clear. For this price, don't expect long lasting furniture you can abuse. It is what it is and will serve it's purpose adequately and cheaply. For our purposes, would buy again.

Within the first week the drawers were falling apart. It is not sturdy. Basically it is a waste of money. Do NOT buy this product unless you enjoy constantly making repairs and not having a functional cabinet.
Damaged, missing parts, NO customer service

This had obviously been a returned item and was damaged as well as missing hardware. I contacted the company three different times by phone and email without getting any sort of response. I assembled and am using it anyway because it was meant as only a temporary solution until we redo our kitchen. If it had all parts and wasn't damaged I would have given 4 stars. it's pretty mediocre quality but it was also fairly cheap.
