Distance and feel, durability
David Koch✓ Verified Purchase•September 4, 2018
I have always played Pro V 1 when I can afford them and they are the best all around so when I bought the Vice pro it was after trying one my buddy offered me and the first tee shot I hit I am certain out distanced the Titleist. So now it came down to durability. Usually the covers on these less expensive balls are not what you would get with the expensive ones. That is where the difference often lies. These are no exception, however, they are better than most! I generally wear the ball out before I lose it, so I have gone through half a dozen of these Pros and I will get more. I would recommend these.
Very Weather-Dependent/Substandard Customer Service

I play in some very cold weather. These are worthless when the temp is below fifty. I bought my originals on Amazon. Thought I'd stock up afterwards at the Vice Website. They are so in love with their "business model" it never occurred to them that it might be smart to keep customers happy. Maybe it's just a German thing. Anyhow, the ball plays great in moderate or hot temps. It might as well be a bowling ball in cool temps. I give the ball a FOUR but the company is run by knuckleheads and I give them a generous TWO. Ball is worthwhile. Company needs improvement. Thank you Amazon for letting me try this with one dozen first.
Plays fairly well, but is very fragile. A strange word to describe a golf ball, I know.

This was my first time trying a ball from Vice. I'm not a great golfer (12hcp), but I have been playing for 30 years. I've never had this happen to a ball before. (Image) That is what the ball looked like after 6 holes.
With that said, the ball did play fairly well, but more time will be needed. Potentially needing 2-3 balls per round of normal play, not from loss, seems to erode any cost benefits vs Titleist balls.

Great affordable Golf ball

I did alot of research before purchasing these golf balls as every company thinks they are the same or better than the Titleist Pro V1. However the Vice Pro is bye far the closest golf ball I have played in similarities. It is long off the tee and feels great off the face of my irons with exceptional control around the green. I've played it for a few weeks now side-by-side with Titleist and for the price I would pick Vice every time great job making A-Affordable high quality golf ball.
Great Golf Ball

For the price, these are great golf balls! i was using the Chrome Soft, and there are only a couple things different. The Vice balls are a little harder and they do not bite as much as the Chrome Soft...but that is not a bad thing. The Vice balls still check when i use my wedges and 7 iron.
