This product is so creative, works great and I have had so many compliments on this. We can't wait to use it for my daughter's wedding this Sept. I probably will order a few more.

The quality is very bad .. the hull wood is too soft.. when i took it out from the box i broke some of the hull wood and i was not rough... in the photos looks nice and biger but its not... they charge you 16$ to shipping and if you want to return it usually you gonna pay the same amout so you will lose 16$ To return and 16 for shipping to you .. in total 32$ shipping money if you dont want it ... also the bottle lashing is cheap leather and they put a electric tape to adjust it .. i prefer to keep open and close the bottle than use this cheap wood... its not a great gift like the other saying .. if you need to brake up with your girl frined buy for her this gift .. she will run away.. i shoked when i saw this cheap wood.. i thought its good and nice 20 person says its nice .. but looks like they get somthing else... i can believe it .. it deserves 20$ maximum no more... i will give this cheap quality for my ex maybe she will stop texting me .. believe me guys dont buy it i realy feel bad i just lost 119+16 $ its like i through the money in trash cane

Bought this for my dad for Christmas and couldn't be happier (now have one myself as well). We actually put it to use that very same day at the holiday dinner. If you like the concept from the picture you'll love it in practice. It might take you a bottle or two to get the hang of hooking it up to the dispenser, but there is no risk as the bottle is facing up while doing it and afterwards you'll find it plenty easy to do.

I have to be honest that when I ordered it I was initially a bit nervous with it being a small business with no way to confirm their reputation with certainty, but took the risk because the product seemed great and am extremely happy I did.

They ship very quickly and it arrived just as fast as I could have hoped despite being in the heat of the holiday season

Their customer service is AWESOME. Had a small issue so I submitted a ticket through the Amazon platform. In under 1 hour I heard back. All they cared about and in that order was:
1) Apologizing and fixing it as soon as possible
2) Getting enough information from me to determine if it was specific to my unit or could potentially impact someone else and make sure no one else would have that issue again.

It was extremely pleasant to purchase from a company that is family owned and truly cares about their customers and takes personal pride in the quality of their products.

If you had ever thought to yourself "I really like how boxed wine has a spout, but wish it could look nice and classy on the table" this is without a doubt the product to get. Highly recommend!!!
