Rock On in these great FirePit Rockers
Christine Ritter•August 17, 2017
We saw these chairs at an outdoor concert and asked the owners about them. They were so nice and let us try them out right there on the spot. After my husband tried it, he said, "Get on Amazon Prime now and order these". We had them three days later. Love them! And funny enough, every concert since then, we've been approached by someone that wants to know where we got our chairs. I wish I had a bunch. I'd sell them out of the back of my car....Great Chairs, very comfy!
Comfy chair!
Katie Robinson•August 9, 2017
The chair is comfortable to sit in but is VERY low to the ground. I'm 5'3, so it's not an issue for me, but a taller person might want to look for a different chair. Also, the hydraulics squeak after very little use. Overall, happy with the purchase.
Good for the Beach or Campfire, but . . .

The other reviewers are right. This is a wonderful chair but only for the beach or campfire. It is much too low for watching sporting events. Another chair is available that is the right height and actually costs less.
not what I wanted

I didn't realize it was so close to the ground. Makes it a little difficult for a 70 year old with artificial knees to sit and get up

It had been years since we've been camping. Took some time off when the kids were young and just started back up now that we're out of the diaper phase for good !! We were at Bass Pro, checking out new equipment and came across rocking camping chairs. I immediately decided that I was going to get one, but the one in the store didn''t have a cup holder. See, I just wanted to sit by the fire with my coffee and blanket and rock back and forth under the stars. I researched every camping rocking chair and settled on this one. Its perfect. The fabric is tight (no saggy bottom or back), the armrests are a comfortable height and padded, the cup holder fits my travel mug, and its folds easily (folds the same way as a wheel chair). I picked this design because the hydrolics that make the chair rock don't require a flat surface. The last thing I wanted was to feel a twing or tree root disrupting my rock. I will say its a little low to the ground. I am 5'4 and very comfortable in it, but my 6' husband would have his knees in his face. I broke it in by bringing it on a group camping trip. Son a a gun, everytime I got up, someone stole my seat. Indeed, it was the most coveted chair around the fire.
