I love these SO much! I love how crunchy they are. Literally like a dehydrated cheese curd. I could see people disliking them because of the texture, but those people are wrong, IMHO. And to feed them to your dog instead!? Just, NO. They have a great taste, a great cruch and are low carb. My personal favorite are the cheddar ones. They are easy to transport, an easy snack between meals, have a satisfying crunch, and are delicious.

I love these things. I ran across mozzarella Moon Cheese at Starbucks ($6/bag) and thought it was yummy. Decided to see if Amazon had the product for cheaper- sure enough, Amazon comes through! Got the variety pack and tore into each pack to try all three flavors. I think the pepper jack was my favorite, then Gouda and finally the cheddar. They do have a bit of a "squeaky" texture, kind of like a cheese curd... But I love cheese curds, so I don't mind it. Very much enjoyed, and will be reordering again!

I really like these! I tasted them first at Starbucks where the price is also ridiculous but they are a great little protein snack. I have absolutely no intention or desire to dehydrate my own cheese so if I want some, I will fork over the money to get these. That being said, I won't fork over the money very often. They are overpriced but tasty and my favorite is the gouda.

These are nothing but delicious crunchy cheese balls, very delicious. Good for anyone on a low carb diet or anyone who likes cheese! The cheddar and gouda kind of taste the same to me. The pepper jack has a pleasant little kick to it. I really like these.
