I bought this rotary iron for my small linen rental and event decor business. It increased my productivity. The Steam Press is just right for my small business, it has all I needed, a rotary iron with steam press settings that suit variety of fabrics. The easy-to-use- control buttons are literally so easy to use.I was able to set up this machine on my own in few minutes. The temperature settings are just right to press my linens. They looked professionally pressed. I wished I have known this machine before I started my business. It cut off my prep time to half. I was able to press and finish 100 satin universal chair covers in 4 hours which usually it takes more than 10 hours or more for me to finish if I use the regular steam iron. Highly recommended.

The best mangle rotary iron I have ever used and I have been using these machines since the late 1950s as a child. Extremely well made great quality. It folds up easily as described and rolls easily. I love the steam function which the older rotary irons did not have. I iron all my bed sheets, pillow cases, tablecloths and napkins. The book of instructions is very clear and easy to read which should be read before its use. Its by far easiest Rotary Iron I have ever used and the control panel is very clear with variable temperature and steam settings for any type of material. I like where the heating shoe/iron is located on the bottom of the roller which makes it easier to feed flat items through and staying in place rather than on top of the roller where sheets used to slip off the roller. The delivery was excellent and well packed as described and easy to unpack. The Reliable Corporation Customer Service was excellent and very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this product to a family member or friend.

I am not happy with this iron at I have a venue and we used 2 weeks after I got it and wrinkled as it came through and folded. I thought it was my help. I used second time on April 29th myself and still had to steam the tableclothes . I see the window to return has closed I didn't realize it would be that soon as this is not something you use unless you have a need.

The only draw back is that I'm very short and I have to stand to us it. I need a tall swivel stool to balance myself. It irons very nicely.
