BEST NON-STICK COOK WARE, EVER!!!!

I did not know that Gotham Steel offered, thru Amazon, their pans with lids, as a set.
Since Gotham Steel pans are BY FAR the BEST non-stick pans I've EVER used, and believe me, I've tried almost every brand on the market, I purchased every size Gotham Steel pan offered, all without lids. Now, I have to go back and purchase the lids as single purchase items. Lot more expensive than as an entire set, but still worth it.
CAUTION: Read and follow "use and care" instructions. There are a couple of things that can be done that will ruin the non-stick surface, like non-sticking cooking spray.

If you use it correctly this pan will Be your best friend. Keep in mind it's only $20 and isn't going to last a lifetime. I use mine on a daily basis (in and out of a very hot oven as well) and it didn't start to lose its perfect non-stick surface until after about 9 months. Impressive for the price. And honestly I used it twice a day. Then bought a new one. And I can't wait to buy another. Love love love this PAN. Also just because it says "non stick" doesn't mean you can cook like an idiot and expect the food to not stick.
Excellent and worth the cost, although I would have paid more.

I absolutely love my Gotham pan. I think I want to add more to my kitchen. It is super easy to clean and I have not had to put it in the dishwasher once. I have cooked both vegetables and meat. You do not need any cooking oil or butter unless you want to add a little extra flavor. The only think I would add is that I learned you can find this exact item at a store like Rite Aid for a few bucks cheaper, but what is a few bucks if you get a lifetime of good cooking?!

I got two of these skillets for Christmas and was impressed. I have since purchased two more as gifts. I've browned chicken in mine and it did a great job. I have also scrambled and fried eggs, made country ham, and made gravy as well as cheese sauce. Nothing sticks to the pan and it cleans fast and easily. You don't need oil or butter unless you want to use it for flavor. The pans heat evenly too. They are now my favorite pans to use.

Seems to work well. We like not having to use any oil or butter. However, I have found that frying eggs tend to stick and burn if the heat is too hot. I have to learn to cook eggs at a lower temp than with other pans.
