Go with the plastic ones...

I liked the fact that these were metal compared to the plastic ones on here. Installation is simple, I know nothing about cars and was able to put them on myself. After about a month, they are completely tarnished and turning a weird orange color. Disappointed they didn't last.

I love these they are a nice heavy gauge metal and install was super easy! The only issue was that I was missing one of the coarser screws. I contacted Xprite and they are sending me replacement hardware. So not only do I have a great product, they have great customer service and that will make me a return customer!

I would have to say after the three to four months that I had them they are starting to fade the black is fading and I can see the metal now..

I've had mine on for about 6 months and the design is great. However, and I'm seeing this in some of the other reviews lately, the coloring is now turning a brown/rust color. Just on the stars as of now. The rest is still black. I'm considering removing the covers and painting black with Rustoleum, but I am disappointed that they're not holding up better after such a short time.
