The mat is thick & the quality is nice. However, the one downside is that the mat does not stay in place on a hardwood floor like my previous mat. I've had to adjust it/center it in place whenever someone steps on it.

I love the color amd comfortable to stand on but when my floor as a spell, mat still slide so I used for my dog food bowl for water and foot to eat from not standing on
