The quality of all the parts included is very good including the connectors. Looks to be very durable and weather resistant. Nice and friendly with little hands and fingers. As a product I would consider adding an optional two feet of chain length. However the chain size is common to most home improvement stores and I found it easy to add length for my purpose. Good, durable swing for an outside tree mount.
