These have helped me continue pumping. My nipple is apparently super stretchy and fills the funnel and rubs on the sides no mater what size I use. These help me use a larger flange without my entire aereola getting sucked in. I use these on a 25mm maymom medela style flange.

Made my flanges SO much more comfortable and made pumping a lot less agonizing! HIGHLY recommend these! They fit on medela shields too! These are the best and most comfortable silicone shields! I have the evenflo ones too and these are FAR more cushiony and well made! Doesn't seem to effect the suction much or at all like my evenflo seems to. Haven't tried it with the medela pump on but it fits over the flanges

I'm revising my review after researching pump parts and accessories. Technically, these shields DO work with the Nuk pump, they just don't fit the Nuk bottles. So in order to make these work with the Nuk Double Electric pump, you need to buy bottles with a narrow opening (Dr. Brown's fit perfectly.) So as long as you don't mind having a Frankenstein-like mismatch of parts, this IS compatible with the Nuk pump.
