I ordered a small, but was sent a medium. The medium actually fit so I kept it instead. The seller did offer to exchange due to the mix up. I am 5'2" and about 120lbs. I have been wearing this style on the middle hooks, but I can push it and wear on the smallest setting if I feel up to the challenge some days. Hopefully that helps you in choosing a size, because it was difficult for me. In hindsight, I should have ordered a two hook style, as opposed to this three hook style. After more research I found that the 3 hook styles are for a longer torso and at my height of only 5'2" this style is slightly uncomfortable because it is a little too long. I manage with it, but if I move down a size I will certainly choose a 2 hook style next time.
