Cute & great lid!
K_Scofield•March 29, 2018
I mean, clearly a knock off "camson" lol supposed to say "cannon" on the lens, but I love this silly mug. It's small & that's perfect for me! It keeps my drinks hot for several hours & cool for just as long.
It's steel coated interior is stainless & cleans up very easily. The lid is a screw top with a secure anti-leak seal and the top opens and closes with a secure snap! I haven't had any issues with leakage, unless I'm shaking it...
oh and it comes with a super cute small spoon, what a nice surprise!

Looks like an old Vivitar or Tamron Lens ...
Clint Bradford•March 27, 2018
Yes, I just wrote a review on another model of this product. BUT this one is going to be used as a pencil holder at my desk. These really remind me of an old Vivitar or Tamron lens from the 1980s. Well-done! I'll never run it through the dishwasher, fearing "melting" off the markings on the exterior. But that is certainly a small price to pay for such a unique item. Got a photographer in the family? This would make a unique gift - either as a cup as originally intended, or as a pencil holder in one's home office. They meet my "Very Cool" factor rating!
Looks very convincing.

Funny story right, I bought this for my wife(she loved it) and every now and then I would take it to work with me. Well one day im at my desk just doing my morning stuff and one of my guys walks up, grabs it, turns it upside down to inspect what he believed to be a camera lens. Hot coffee starts leaking all over him and my desk...lol. It was pretty funny at the time. Point is, it looks very convincing.
On the downside: It does not retain heat well. You can drink your coffee and it will be hot for a little while, but its no thermos. That's for sure.

It's best feature is the way it looks

It's best feature is the way it looks. Everyone that sees it loves it and most people think it's a real lens. For that reason alone it's worth buying.
It's biggest problem is it doesn't screw on tight. The threads are large and if you keep twisting, even lightly, it will unthread and pop off. Or if you lightly try to pull the top off it will come right off. It's annoying.
It keeps liquids how for a fair amount of time but not for hours.
If you tip it the top won't prevent the liquid from spilling, even in the closed position. So keep it upright.
It holds 10 oz of coffee which is the largest my Keurig pours. It's not a lot of coffee but it's enough for me. If you like a lot, like a large at 7-11, this isn't for you.
Overall for the price it's still a great mug. Go for it!

I love how realistic it looks but I was hoping for some weight to it. It's very light and doesn't feel sturdy. Looks-wise I love it though!
