We ordered dividers for most of our cubicles and didn't realize the small brackets wouldn't fit our cubicle partitions. We thought for sure that since we ordered through Amazon and not directly from Obex that they wouldn't exchange the brackets for larger ones. We were dead wrong. Within a few hours of sending an email to their support team, Markie responded with no questions asked except for how many did we need! In less than 7 hours of my first email to support I had tracking numbers for the large brackets. Truly the best customer service received in a long time.
