These are hands down the lightest spikes I've ever held. You would be amazed at how much lighter the shoes feel with them in. They are probably best for track or XC on grass only courses as they tend to wear faster than steel spikes otherwise the performance is fantastic. This is our second full year of using them and we'll continue to do so.

Fit the bottom of the spikes perfectly as well as the key that came with the spikes.
My daughter's spikes use 7 pins and the weight difference is very noticeable...well worth the extra cost over stainless pins.
The only reason I'm not giving this product 5 stars is because the "gold" is really more of a "mustard"
