My brother-in-law likes this cane foot over others he's had. His cane stands on its own quite well. It is heavier that he likes, but we suppose it needs to be heavy in order to stand alone effectively. I have one in a yucky pink. I wish it came in more colors.

I think this is my 4th order of this Big Foot Cane Tip. It is sturdy and they last for more than 6 months when used alot for walking. It keeps the cane stable when it's not being held.
