Wow, I didn't think the snugglepedic body pillow could upgrade much more than its current state....this case is SOFT, oh my goodness.
Side note: this is a zipper lockable case - I assume you can put your own foam inside for a more custom pillow!

I used this as cover for my "˜DIY'memory foam pillow (the shredded kind). Since the shredded foam was only under a thin waterproof/hypoallergenic cover, and i could feel the lumps. I bought this and now the pillow looks like store-bought and more importantly it reduces that lumpy texture feel.

Good product. Comfortable, breathable. My only reservation is that the zipper is prominent and I once ran my arm along it, and it can't really be hidden. This is a minor detail and hasn't been a real problem. Maybe future designs could take that into consideration.
