Good product. Comfortable, breathable. My only reservation is that the zipper is prominent and I once ran my arm along it, and it can't really be hidden. This is a minor detail and hasn't been a real problem. Maybe future designs could take that into consideration.

The quality of the materials and workmanship is excellent. They have even fixed issues mentioned in other reviews, such as having the label on the outside. It's, now inside and you don't even notice it.
My problem with the case is that it compresses my bamboo pillow too much. You are still able to form the pillow, but it's limited to one primary spot, and even then it doesn't narrow much. I bought the case and pillow at the same time and put them together, immediately. I was so disappointed in how inflexible the pillow was, that I thought I would toss them into storage to rot. Once I took the case off the pillow, I found it was MUCH more pliable and comfortable.
