Holds up to pressure of tamping, nice rubber surface, bottom detaches and metal sides slide in the slots, would be better if it was metal and rubber on all 4 sides, the bottom is only rubber. Seems sturdy enough.

Works well but do not like that the bottom constantly separates from the top. That is the only thing keeping it from a 5 star. I do realize that is just a personal preference and that the Tamping stand functions just fine . I say if you are looking for one that this is a good one to have.

For the price this stand can't be beat! It works great, my only complaint is once coffee grounds get under the base pad it moves around easily. You will get grounds under it, you just have to wipe it down a few times throughout the day.

Well, the price is low and the product quality is not ideal. The bottom part easily slips off, unless you keep it in one place. Had they made it with a solid metal bottom (i.e., a hollow rectangle), the rubber base could have been glued on the bottom and would stay put all as one unit. But, this would increase the price. This TAMPER stand will not cause you to lose you TEMPER, unless you are temperamental.
