Parents always wonder how I get the brattiest kids to behave...here's the solution!

JUST KIDDING!!!! I use these on my husband to make him behave. Works like a charm and worth every penny.

Seriously though, these are great. I've got barkers that freak out every time another dog walks past the house. I tested the collar out on my arm to see how bad the shock was at lowest setting, and I was surprised but not hurt. My husband refused to try it out on himself, which I think should be required for anyone who's holding the remote control. I really don't know why there needs to be such a high setting, because that seems like so much potential for animal cruelty. Anyway, it only took a few zaps for the dogs to get the message about their 'high alert' insane barking whenever the neighbor leaves their house or a dog walks by. Now I either do a vibrate or just the beep to keep them in line.

The different length prongs are MUCH appreciated because my guys have a lot of thick double coat around their necks. The short prongs would've made this collar useless for their breed and I would've had to send it back. Now when they're being jerks, I just put the collars on and they know I'm not going to put up with their nonsense. Sure, it was a bit expensive, but peace of mind and sanity (not just mine but also my neighbors) is totally worth it!

When I first started looking at shock collars a few years ago I had no clue what I was needing. I decided to try this brand out and see what happened. This was in 2016. Nearly 3 years ago. At the time I only needed 2 collars but liked the idea of being able to add a 3rd if I decided I wanted to later on. These collars worked great! The dogs are 70 & 80 lbs and they play and run HARD! These collars never budged. Their quality is top notch! I can say this because after 2 hard years of daily use the batteries are just now starting to wear down. But that's the only thing that has happened.

When we moved to town we knew our country dogs were gonna need boundaries like they've never known before. So we ordered a new set. All 3 pups got new collars and these work as well as the first set.

I have to add that I love all the new features!!! About the time I didn't think these collars could get any better, they did! I love the material the add on collars are made out of. I just wish they came in different colors. Having 2 blue collars and one black is a little confusing sometimes. But like always I have figured out a way around that :) The other big new feature is the vibrate option! THANK YOU!!! I have a smaller dog that I don't want to shock, but I need to sometimes get his attention and the vibrate works so well! Even on the big dogs!! I feel much better about using these collars now! I loved the original set (with the orange on the remote) but these new ones (blue) are so great! Again, my only suggestion would be to offer other colors for the add on collars.

I am using these collars for 2 very jealous newfoundlands. They think of me as their personal property and try to fight when I pay attention to any other dog but them. I have only used the beep and buzzer so far.

Update: Emailed customer service and the response I received was accurate and timely. I work in a very competitive industry and have high expectations when it comes to product quality, value and customer service. I also have received follow up emails to gauge my satisfaction with the product and service. The folks at Pet Resolve take their products and reputation very seriously.: In addition to being cured of the deer chasing and cattle harassment, several coyotes were none too pleased that we were working a field near their den last week. They alerted and followed with a series of barks, yelps and howls. My 3 dogs instantly took off across the field in pursuit. I only had to give a voice command and use the vibrate function on one, and all 3 stopped, turned and returned to my feet after alerting to come back. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with these collars. End of update. Very happy with the product so far. I have 3 young dogs and live in an area surrounded by wildlife that they are prone to chase as well as neighbors cattle. One session and only one instance of having to use the shock function and they were cured of these bad habits. Now all I have to do is use the tone feature and vary rarely the vibrate feature to get them to mind my vocal commands. I am currently having an issue with being able to charge one of the collars, but am looking forward to seeing what the customer service experience will be like. So far, I am very pleased.

This product worked well for us. I really was grateful. Our dogs learned quickly with very gently use. We could use the vibrator and beeper tone and get a good response. We rarely had to use shock and only on low. One of these units did go out soon after puchase.(we bought 3 for 3 naughty but sweet dogs) Something went wrong with the charging. I think it was a fluke.
Overall I liked this and would buy again. Our dogs gave up chasing and killing our chickens very quickly. The item arrived just in time. We found a dead chicken in the yard. We put the collars on the dog, walked him on the leash near the dead chicken. Everytime he got near the dead chicken, or tried to smell it we shocked him lightly. We would make a loop around the yard and do it again. In just a few minutes he learned to leave chickens alone. We put the chicken in the fridge and did the same routine for 2 or 3 days. He wouldn't even go near the chicken, and we didnt force him. Easy, painless training. We repeated with each dog. Now the dogs can stay on the farm.
We used shock on 1 or 2 we never needed more than 3. We tried to be patient and teach before shocking needlessly. The dogs responded because they knew what was expected. Shocking with out teaching woukd be cruel and not helpful. Use with care.
