Wish they had a handle

These are very challenging which I like but I do wish they had a handle certain excercises need a firmer grip.

I think these would work great on a perfectly smooth surface but in my garage (even though it seems smooth and I keep it swept) not so much. Gets scratched up immediately and then sticks to the ground. However if I use them on a rug they work great.
