First: everything arrived fresh and good cooled and insulated with lots of paper - although the box had a 3" hole ripped in on the side. The beets are for sure not organic (product from Mexico without certified organic ribbon) the rest is not verifiable, cause no info provided with it.....with that price I would like to receive certified organic produce if possible.
What I do appreciate is the freshness.

2 Green and 1 orange peppers, 2 zucchini, and 2 yellow squash were delicious. Wished there were greens in there. Guess it's not the season for greens. Corn, red potatoes, and carrots I do not eat. Gave them to my sister. I will reorder in the summer and fall. It's exciting to see what I get.
