Was thinking they sent the wrong one and returned the first one due to it only having 3 mounting holes. I was informed the part is correct and tried it again. Once I removed the original trim motor I found that this does line up with 3 out of the 6 holes and in fact did work. It works great and at a great price point. Does not have the Yamaha marine coating so cleaning this after use will be critical to longevity. DB electrical customer service was fantastic as well.

I can't speak towards how long it will last. but it was a direct fit. The original motor had a housing and am adaptor, this replaced both, so I had to remove two parts and replace it with this one. Wired right in easily and worked immediately. Hope it holds up, time will tell. Much cheaper than a yamaha replapcement.
