It's how you see in the pictures, the only thing that hold it in place is this foam thing that doesn't have much velcro on it. Also the "square" thing in the back doesn't really lay flat, it separates its' self from the yukata. It doesn't have any form to it, but you can manage.

The print could be a better quality, but after I iron out the creases this will look great hanging on my wall! Also at 5'3" and 130lbs, it fits me like a glove. Absolutely no issues with wearing it aside from the obi being far too large. It'll work for what I ordered it for (decoration).
