Nice wood but smaller than I expected

Nice wood but smaller than I expected, I have to use 2 planks for a big fish. Might fit a trout.
These work pretty pretty well for single use grilling.

There work pretty well, and produce a nice rich smoke. The are a little thin and burn though pretty quick, but they last long enough to grill a piece of fish.

Salmon grilled on alder is superior to cedar planked, it reminds me of Seattle too. These are good clean planks at a great price, packed well, shipped promptly. My second purchase from this seller.
