I love that it is low in sugar and sodium and has a GREAT flavor. Some really good, authentic jerky. It's got a mild heat to it which I like. Mildly sweet but not overly so. Chewy and a little tough, but also tender and easy to chew in its own way.

This is a great beef jerky if you want a reasonable amount of sodium and good protein. I like other jerky but it's way too salty to eat more than like once a week. You probably shouldn't eat this every day, but the sodium content is much better than other jerkies. The flavor is also great, kinda spicy but not too much.
