This is a great grown-up tea set

This is a great grown-up tea set! Now that my daughter is older, we wanted to enjoy real tea and sandwiches but I didn't want to break the bank or buy something that was pretty but not practical. This set is perfect in that it is a lovely and understated design and it's microwave and dishwasher-safe. I'm really pleased!!!

I have waited quite a bit to review this because I wanted to start a tea set collection, and smeanted to start with something simple. This is probably the sturdiest and most dutiable working set I have ever seen. I've dropped a cup, had my dogs even bop them around. Not even a scratch in the paint.

Very beautiful set, well packaged, lovely china tea set. Make your tea time an occasion, even if u r drinking alone. I feel so special when I drink my tea out of these cups, poured from the gorgeous teapot, sugar & cream in the same beautiful china. That's alone do u know how uplifting it is to serve your friends in this gracious set? It's amazing. I love it & it's worth every penny. Now I don't just have a cup of tea, I enjoy a cup of tea. I was surprised by the fact something so small & relatively inexpensive item could bring me so much joy. I say treat yourself, u r special & this set will show it. Love my tea set.
