Seam ripped on bottom no apparent reason

We liked that the couch is so bright and fun for a toddler. She just turned 12 months and loves her mini mouse couch.
On a more upsetting note this couch has ripped at seam for no reason it's on carpet and she isn't heavy enough to cause any damage she weighs like 20 pounds. I feel like the company should send this princess a new one this should not happen the quality seems better than that but it is ripped attached picture.

Perfect for a 18 month old.

My 18 month granddaughter loves her little chair. She is always sitting on it with everything she does. For me it was a little small when it came in but it's not for me. Love the child proof cover that you can remove to wash. Hope it lasts many years for her.
Children love them!!!!

I got the Minnie Mouse and the Frozen one for my daughters for Christmas. I love them. The girls have used them every day since they got them. They are nice and soft and padding is great. The girls take them to their beds at night and lay them out straight and have to sleep in them. ONLY ISSUE...both of them care with broken zippers. I wanted to wash the covers and now i cant get them off. Bummed about the broken zippers but love the couches anyways. I would have given them both 5 stars if the zippers worked

Defective Product
I am truly disappointed with the quality control of this product

I am truly disappointed with the quality control of this product. The cover simply does not fit well. It is not fitted and I feel it will fall apart quickly. I just feel Amazon should sell quality goods and I am so frustrated with this, but since it is for a birthday, I had no time to send it back.
