A little big for my M&P 15-22, but is a great gun bag overall. There are a lot of pockets that accommodate my 25-round magazines just fine.

I wasn't paying attention to the color, but it's a green shade throughout. That's my fault though.

This case fits my S&W 15-22 with a Vortex Strikefire II red dot (with shoulder stock extended) perfectly. Inside the case at either end there are pockets for the shoulder stock and muzzle to rest in. There is padding around the interior perimeter of the case just inside the zippered opening.
The Velcro straps aren't located in the most ideal positions, but can be trimmed to work efficiently. 5 mag pouches plus a padded / zippered exterior compartment are also welcomed features. I've compared it to cases costing $80.00 or more. I'm very satisfied with the quality of Allen products, after all these guys have been making rifle cases for long time. For the price, for me it was a no-brainer !

Perfect case for the recreational shooter. I'm not on the local swat team nor am I running black ops to china(anymore),so this case suits my needs just fine. The case is well made and has adequate storage. A few reviews I read for this case said you were unable to lock it, I have to disagree. You can run a small lock through the loops on the end of the zippers which is good enough to keep out a curious child or devious teen. If you're buying this case for security then keep looking, because if someone wants in it bad enough a good pair of scissors will cut right through. Overall good quality for the price, and perfect case to transport your rifle to and from the range.

Good material. Heavy duty. Big zippers. Inside has two useless straps. The barrel and butt have material to slide into. This fits my AR but is a little big but fine. It fits my tactical 870 shotgun well. You can leave the a 30 round mag in the ar and still close the case with some extra room. My sights are up and magazine installed. Probably would still have room for an optic. If you only want a case for an AR get 36 or 38. I wanted this to fit my shot gun also.

This is a wonderful gun case. Nicely padded, interior velcro straps to hold weapon securely with "tuck" pockets at both ends for muzzle and stock. I can fit 30rnd. clips in the exterior pockets with ease. Nice roomy exterior pocket also. This carries my Colt M4, with 16.1" barrell and mounted 3-9x42mm scope. The reson I gave 3 stars is it was supposed to come with a padded Removable shoulder strap and it was missing. Contacted Allen, left message and as of yet have not heard back(2-days). If they get back with me and make it right I would easily give this 5 stars. Got a call from Allen customer service and they are sending the shoulder strap no questions asked. AWESOME! Will own one of these for all my AR platforms. Thanks Allen for making things right!
