Short velcro straps

I should have read the reviews. The straps provided are WAY too short and I would consider my chair having a normal arm. I would assume you loop this through and back on itself but there is only enough strap if the arm is only about 3" wide and less than an inch thick. I can find new ones but why wouldn't you provide a more universal strap, they are a cheap fix?

Would be great if...the Velcro was correct and it were made out of stronger plastic. First, and almost unforgivable and idiotic, the manufacturer must have never tested the fit. The Velcro used CAN'T work as intended because the hooks (or loops) are on the wrong side of the strap! I twisted it longitudinally to make it fit to test, but that's just DUMB! Second, it's flimsy, much too easy to bend. It would be a very useful product if these problems were addressed because it fits perfectly and would do what it should. I won't harp on where it's made. Cheap is what we're accustomed to expect and you get what you pay for here.

Fits well on my chair, but velcro on straps was stitched on wrong side, so I had to improvise and use my own velcro straps. Definitely versatile and helps with arm and shoulder support, would recommend if manufacturer fixes the strap issues.

The straps are very short, I couldn't use this on my desk chair and it's a pretty standard chair. Ended up being a waste for me. Also just feels cheaply made.
