Our summer camp had used BearButt's hammocks for a night under the stars, and it was the most amazing experience I've ever had! So I've been wanting to have one of my own ever since. Well, I finally purchased one and I noticed the hammock's bag had a tear in it as soon as I got it. So I contacted the team on Facebook Messenger. They quickly got back to me. Asked me for a picture and the order number and then was told I had a new one ordered for me and headed my way!
Nothing else was wrong with the hammie except the tear in it's bag, so I'm blown away with the amazing customer service!

The bear butt hammocks are absolutely amazing! My husband and I went on a week-long camping trip and we used hammocks for the first time ever. With that being said I have nothing to compare it to but I also don't think I will ever need to compare it to something else because this product is great. It seems to be very strong material and there is plenty of material on it as well. I am 6'1 of my husband is 6'5 and we still have plenty of head and feet room. I also must say that it holds 300 lb with no problem at all. It comes with rope so you can tie it around a tree but I would highly recommend buying the bear butt Kodiak straps to go along with your hammock to make lounging even more fun and more easy.

I absolutely recommend this product. These hammocks are great for hiking, camping, and just chilling.
When hiking, the extra space in the double hammock can be used to store blankets and clothing, which will help you sleep warmer and keep goods dry.
The only negative is that they don't let the breeze through, so if you are going to set this in your backyard in a hot environment (like Texas), you might be better off getting a net hammock instead of ripstock. I will say, from experience, that these hammocks are far more durable.

I bought this hammock a few months ago by recommendation from a friend and I am very impressed with it! Any chance I get to use this thing I will take it out to find some trees and prop up with some friends. I was a little worried at first buying this hammock due to the company being fairly new and the price so low (seeing as I was ready to drop $70 on the Kammock Roo), but I went with it anyways knowing they have a no risk return program and I'm happier than ever to have gone with this hammock and I'm no doubt keeping it. The Bear Butt hammock is longer than the Eno Doublenest and just about as wide giving it a more comfortable lie and for half the price. Overall I'm completely satisfied with this product and will continue to recommend it to anyone in the market for a new hammock.

I have an Eno and wanted something a little cheaper for my 7 year-old daughter. After comparing the two side-by-side (or rather bunked one on top of the other), you'd have to look really hard to find a difference between this and an Eno! If my Eno ever rips, I will be buying one of these instead. You can't beat the warranty! We bought the Kodiak straps and some wall mounts so she can use it in her bedroom.
