Comes ready to use. Didnt need the instructions. only flaw is a design flow. I got two call buttons with mine, and one already broke, where it is connected to the lanyard. Otherwise, its great, and I am a heavy sleeper.

I haven't even attempted to get this thing working yet because I'm going to have to figure it out for myself! There are no printed instructions. A "welcome letter" directs you to a YouTube video for instructions but the equipment in the video is completely different than the equipment purchased. Not to mention that the person speaking in the video has such a heavy accent that subtitles were required to understand her. I will definitely return it if I can't figure out how to use it.
